PETERSEN'S grants the user permission to view electronically, copy and print in hard copy portions of the site for the sole purpose of browsing the site for the user’s personal use only. PETERSEN'S welcomes comments regarding the PETERSEN'S website. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to PETERSEN'S shall be and remain the exclusive property of PETERSEN'S. For this reason, PETERSEN'S ask that the submitter not send any comments that the submitter does not wish to assign to PETERSEN'S, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.

PETERSEN'S has done its best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colours seen will depend on the calibration of individual monitors, PETERSEN'S cannot guarantee that the monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Images printed from this website may also not be colour-accurate. PETERSEN'S cannot be held liable to colour variations from the website to actual product.

Most products displayed on this site are available in stock at the PETERSEN'S factory, in Cape Town, South Africa. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be immediately available at the PETERSEN'S factory and a waiting period may apply, ± 4-6 weeks to manufacture.

All weights and volumes are approximate due to the nature of the majority of the products which are crafted from natural materials.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in South African Rands, Euros, British Pound, US Dollar, and Canadian Dollar. The client may choose to pay in either of the above listed currencies. 

PETERSEN'S shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately indicate prices displayed on products in the on-line store. 

All prices are subject to change. 

This site and all its contents are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By use of this site, it is acknowledged that usage is at the users sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment used in connection with usage of this site, and that PETERSEN'S shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to usage of this site.
